ZLZ FITZ – Shipping Policy

All ZLZ FITZ products are made-to-order through our fulfillment partner. This means every item is produced after your order is placed.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days

  • Processing time may increase during holidays, high-volume launches, or promotions

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or major holidays

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on destination:

  • United States: 5–10 business days after fulfillment

  • International: 7–21 business days after fulfillment

Please note: These are estimated delivery times, not guarantees.

Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout. It may take 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.

ZLZ FITZ is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has left our facility.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment

Orders returned due to incorrect address or delivery refusal will not be refunded.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it:

  1. Contact your local carrier immediately

  2. Check with neighbors or your local post office

ZLZ FITZ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

Customs & International Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price.
