ZLZ FITZ – No Returns | Limited Refund Policy

All ZLZ FITZ products are made-to-order through our fulfillment partner. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Do not send items back unless explicitly instructed. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Refunds (Limited Circumstances Only)

Refunds are issued only if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • There is a verified manufacturing defect

  • The wrong item was shipped

To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery at:

Your email must include:

  • Order number

  • Clear, high-resolution photos of the issue

  • A brief explanation

Failure to provide complete documentation within the 7-day window voids eligibility.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect size selected

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Minor color variations due to screen differences

  • Shipping delays once the order has left our facility

  • Refused or abandoned deliveries

All products are considered final sale unless they meet the defect criteria stated above.

Processing & Disputes

Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your financial institution.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in a formal dispute and restriction from future purchases.
